For hospitality groups in Malaysia and Southeast Asia

Somebody is selling your rooms cheaper than you are. It is probably your own inventory.

We are building three AI-native products for large and mid-sized hospitality groups, each solving one problem on its own: what your rooms are worth, who actually turned up to work, and how you talk to guests.

Status

Pre-product. In build with a small group of operators. Nothing to buy today.

What we are building

Revenue maximization

Stop losing money with wholesalers who recycle inventories to travel portals.

We track where your inventory actually surfaces, at what price, and what that costs you, then price against it rather than guessing.

People optimization

Smart thinking of casual labor management, end to end.

Faster payment, a real record of who worked when, and a transparent, effective relationship with your labour service providers.

Communication & marketing

One voice per property, in every language your guests arrive with.

Pre-arrival to post-stay across WhatsApp, portals and reviews. What earns replies becomes next month's campaign, and the direct channel gets cheaper than the portal.

Why islands

An archipelago works because of what connects it, not what separates it.

A hotel group is a set of islands. Revenue sits in one system, labour in another, guests in a third, and nothing crosses without a person carrying it by hand. We are building the routes between them. Named for a place where nothing arrives by accident.

How the products sit One group, many properties
Where it comes from today Three products What you get back

Guest inboxes, reviews, campaigns
Communication
One voice to the guest, in their language

Three separate products, each standing on its own. The systems on the left already exist in every group, and each holds a partial version of the truth. We do not replace them. Each product reads across its own set, reconciles what they disagree about, and hands back a single answer your teams can act on.

No products to sell you yet. A very clear view of what is broken.

We are building alongside a small number of hospitality groups who are tired of paying for the gaps. If that sounds like your portfolio, write to us.
